Research & Intelligence
We begin with a deep read of the market — trend reports, consumer data, competitor analysis, and on-ground research. The sketch starts here, not on paper.
Creative Development
Material selection, palette curation, silhouette exploration. Our designers work in close contact with our sourcing and production teams — so what's beautiful is also what's buildable.
Iteration & Refinement
Three mandatory review stages. Sampling with the factory. QC alignment before any collection goes into full production. We don't launch until it's right.

Material Selection
We evaluate fabrics across multiple parameters — hand feel, drape, dye fastness, tensile strength, and seasonality. Our buyers don't buy what looks good. They buy what performs.
Supplier Evaluation
Our supplier list is short by design. We work with partners who share our quality standards, meet our timelines, and allow us to audit their facilities. New suppliers undergo a three-month evaluation before they're approved.
Quality Lab Testing
Every new fabric lot is tested in our in-house quality lab — physically and chemically. Shrinkage, colourfastness, pilling resistance. If it doesn't pass our tests, it doesn't enter our cutting room.

Cut & Mark
Fabric is inspected, measured, and cut with precision. Pattern markers ensure zero-waste cutting with perfect piece alignment.
Stitch & Assemble
Our skilled operators work on dedicated stations — each specialised, each precise. 1500+ machines configured for every garment type we produce.
Quality Check
Every garment goes through in-process QC at multiple stages — not just at the end. Problems are caught where they start.
Pack & Dispatch
Final inspection, tagging, packaging, and dispatch. Every piece that leaves our facility meets the same standard, regardless of destination.
Quality Assurance
Four gates. Zero shortcuts.
Fabric Inspection
Every roll of fabric is checked before it enters production. Texture, weight, dye consistency, weave quality — nothing that fails our standards enters the line.
In-Process Checks
QC at stitch stage, at assembly, at finishing. Defects are caught early, corrected immediately, not passed down the line.
Finishing Inspection
Once assembled, each garment is inspected for appearance, measurements, and construction quality. Anything that doesn't pass is reworked.
Final Audit
A random audit of the final packed batch against the original sample and spec sheet. The last gate before dispatch.
